Who We Are
Our purpose is to unlock the greatness in people and organisations.
The world is becoming more complex and changing faster than people and organisations can adapt. This fundamental shift is creating unprecedented demands on our people and organisations. Put simply, our bodies and brains are not equipped to navigate the challenges we are facing. It’s time to rethink the way we live, work and lead, to develop a new approach to support people and organisations to thrive. Emotous was founded by Angela Giacoumis and John Dare to revolutionise the way we live, work and lead. Powered by neuroscience, emotional intelligence, people analytics and psychological wellbeing, our solutions are focussed upon unlocking human potential to cultivate agility, growth and transformation in people and organisations.
