Building Brave Teams
The Daring Teams Rollout Program is a coaching program available for Dare To Lead™ graduates who have successfully completed the Dare To Lead™ program through a formal Dare To Lead™ program pathway to share the work and what they’ve learned with their team.
We will work together over a series of 8 x 90 minute coaching sessions to help you prepare for, and host the Daring Teams Rollout Program in your organisation.
The intention of the Daring Teams Rollout Program is to help team members to work together to learn and build the four skill sets of courage, practice having difficult and productive conversations, and increase team empathy and trust. The power of this program is practicing the work while we learn the work.
Who is the Daring teams Rollout Program designed for?
Any Dare to Lead Graduate who would like to bring the skills you learned in Dare to Lead™ workshop to a team within your organisation but you don’t necessarily have the resources to bring a certified Dare to Lead facilitator in-house for a customised team program.
To be eligible for the Daring Teams Rollout Program you must be a leader of a team within your organisation and be a Dare to Lead™ graduate who has successfully completed a Dare to Lead™ program through a formal Dare to Lead™ program pathway.
N.B. This is not a program for external coaches & facilitators, consultants or those who do not have direct team reports within an organisation.
